The Bronx County Bar
Assn. will award two (2) scholarships, in the amount of
$2,000.00 each, to eligible 1st, 2nd and 3rd year law school students who are domiciled in
Bronx County. Applications must be received by Feb. 29, 2008.
Applications will be mailed to Financial Aid Officers after November

GERALD V. ESPOSITO
MEMORIAL "COURAGE" SCHOLARSHIP
The Gerald V. Esposito Memorial "Courage" Scholarship will be awarded
to a Bronx resident, who has been accepted by a college or university
and who has displayed the type of courage demonstrated by Justice
Esposito in his lifetime. Students who have worked to promote programs
or issues for the greater good in the face of opposition or pressure
to the contrary.
Please advise your friends and associates of this Scholarship. In
order to apply for the Scholarship a letter or composition setting
forth the applicant’s accomplishments and courageous qualities should
be sent to the Bronx County Bar Association, 851 Grand Concourse, Room
124, Bronx, New York 10451, attn.: Alan B. Friedberg, Esq.,
Scholarship Committee Chairperson.
