The membership of the Bronx County Bar Association is divided into
5 classes, active, associate, life, honorary and student.
Active members: any member of the Bar of the State of New York
shall be eligible for active membership.
Associate members: members of the Bar of any other state,
territory, District of Columbia or foreign county shall be
eligible for association membership.
Life members: any member of the association who became a life
member before March 16, 1989.
Honorary members: any person not a member of the Bar,
distinguished public service shall be eligible for honorary
membership.
Student members: any student currently enrolled in any approved
Law School shall be eligible for student membership.
Annual dues are fixed by the Board of Directors and are payable
the first of July each year.
